まずは元の英文は so ～ that の文章だということがわかります。
この文章と同じ内容にするためには 「too ～ 不定詞」の
文章にしないといけません。
「so ～ that」も「too ～ 不定詞」も（とても～なので(不定詞)できない）と
訳しました。
それでは元の英文を訳していきましょう。
(主語)(be動詞)so(過去分詞)that (主語) (助動詞) (動詞）
He is so tired that he can’t walk.
(彼は)(です) (とても疲れて) (彼は)(できない)(歩くことが)
(補語)
(彼はとても疲れて歩くことができません）
この文章をtoo+｢不定詞｣の(とても～なので｢不定詞｣できない）文に変えましょう。
主語、動詞は同じですから。
(主語)＋（動詞）＋（too)＋(補語)＋(不定詞)．になります。
それではあてはめていきましょう。
｢彼は」 ｢です｣ ｢できない｣｢疲れて｣｢歩くことが」
(主語)＋（動詞）＋（too)＋ (補語)＋(不定詞)．
He is too tired to walk.
He is too tired to walk.
He is so tired that he can’t walk.
(彼はとても疲れて歩くことができません）
（２）We are too hungry to study.
＝We are so hungry ________ we _______ study.
今回は He is too tired to walk.
He is so tired that he can’t walk. この（１）の比較から考えましょう。
We are too hungry to study.
We are so hungry ________ we _______ study.
too が so に代わり
that が to になっています
そして（できないという） can’t は動詞の「時制の一致」を考えましょう。
We are so hungry that we can’t study.
それでは意味を考えていきましょう。
どちらでも意味は同じですから今回は We are too hungry to study.で考えます。
（主語）（動詞） （too+～） （不定詞）
We are too hungry to study.
（私たちは） （おなかが減ってできない）（勉強をすることが）
（私たちはお腹がすいて勉強できない）
（３）Ellen was too busy to come here.

今回も比較をして考えましょう。
