この文章はThere is[are]～「～がある」
否定文でThere is[are] not～「～がない」
not の次の名詞は単数名詞ですが
two years ago ＝２年前は（過去の話）なのでbe動詞は
is ⇒ was
There was not a computer here two years ago.
２年前にここにはコンピュータはなかった。
（３）English is the _______ _______ subject of all.(interesting)
この文章を訳してみましょう
主語はEnglish＝英語は
subject＝教科
of all＝すべての中で of 複数名詞
（interesting)＝面白い
英語はすべての教科の中で最も面白い。と考えると
この文章は最上級の文章になります。
そして文中にはthe があるので最上級ということがわかります
最上級の文章には、形容詞の前にかならず The をつけます。
ただ、interesting は6字でも most をつけますから
English is the most interesting subject of all.

まずは訳してみましょう
あなたのケーキは大きい。私のはずっと小さい。
much （ずっと）は比較級を強調する語になります
small(原級）⇒ smalleｒ（比較級）

まずは訳していきましょう
主語は He＝彼は
can ＝助動詞（～できる）
play the piano ＝ピアノを演奏する。演奏する場合はthe をつける
best はgood,well の最上級
good［よい］
〉 better best
well［よく］［上手に］
彼女は大変上手にピアノを演奏できます。
He can play the piano very well.
